Everyone will have to have a passport issued by the US Department of State.  Passports can take from 30 to 90 days to be issued depending on the age a special nature of each individual.
The cost of your passport is included in the overall price.  However, each individual must apply for their own passport.  This process cannot be completed for you by our Directors or Boosters.
A few things to consider as you plan for this application...

1.  This MUST be done, completed, and received in order for you to be able to participate in our trip.

2.  If you already have your passport and it will be valid during our trip, there is no need to apply for another.  Deduct the cost of the passport from your trip balance.

3. Additional documentation is required for students under 16 years, especially where that student's parents are divorced, where one or both parents are deceased, or the student has been adopted or is in the foster-care system. This also takes additional time for the US State Dept. to complete.
