Refund Policy

$200 per person      September 15, 2017

25% of tour cost       December 15, 2017

50% of tour cost       120 days prior to departure

75% of tour cost      60 days prior to departure

100% of tour cost    30 days prior to departure

Burke County Public Schools has entered into a good faith agreement with the participants of this trip approving and allowing participation of its students and parents while abiding by the conditions set forth by the developers and organizers of the event including the above listed refund schedule.
