Refund policy

The payment schedule and refund policy quoted above was agreed upon ad signed by our four high school band programs as quoted by the company handling our group travel. It is worth noting that many travel arrangements are a simple matter for the individual or individual band to make for themselves. However, due to the LARGE number of plane tickets involved and the accompanying LARGE price, the use of some sort of travel company is essntial. This particular company has been charged with assisting ALL bands participating in the Pearl Harbor 2021 Memorial Parade and is the only company authorized to do so by Pentagon officials and the city of Honolulu.
