Your cell phone works in Hawaii !!!

 

That's right !  In fact, we INSIST that you take a cell phone with you.  Our calling and texting system will be used for communication, announcements, adjustments to the itinerary, etc while we are in Hawaii.  You will need one !

 

Contact your service provider to make sure your plan includes a national service plan.  Even though Hawaii is 2500 miles from mainland USA, it's still in the US !

 

...and unless you are traveling with Mom and Dad, better call them while we are away !  But remember, we are 5 hours behind the east coast.  You need to call during the day unless you want to wake up your folks after midnight. Likewise,  they need to remember not to call until after lunch (unless you like getting calls at 4am).
